Ashley Asher
Founder, Elevated Endeavors

Ashley Asher is an entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder with a passion for helping businesses and people thrive. A Menomonie native and graduate of Menomonie High School, Ashley’s roots run deep in the community she calls home. Beyond running around with her three active children, she enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, sports, and exploring new foods and restaurants.

Ashley’s professional journey began in hospitality, working in local restaurants and taverns before opening her first business at just 24. She later transitioned into beverage sales and business development, managing a two-state territory across Minnesota and North Dakota. Over the years, she has partnered with businesses of every size — from local entrepreneurs to corporate organizations — as well as nonprofits and community groups.

Today, Ashley channels that experience into multiple leadership roles:

  • Founder of Elevated Endeavors, where she advises startups and established companies on growth, strategy, and operations.

  • Co-Owner of Office on Main, Menomonie’s collaborative coworking hub for entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and small businesses.

  • COO & CMO of Tanglewood Greens, where she oversees operations, marketing, and events for one of the region’s premier golf and event venues.

  • Regional Leader for Carbliss, managing market growth and brand expansion in Northwest Wisconsin.

In addition to her business ventures, Ashley has served on the Board of Directors for the Mabel Tainter Theater and Dunn County Historical Society and on many community committees reflecting her commitment to cultural preservation and local growth.

At the heart of Ashley’s work is a belief in the power of connection — linking people, ideas, and opportunities to create meaningful impact. Through Elevated Endeavors, she equips business owners with the strategies, tools, and support they need to grow sustainably, while continuing to give back to the community that shaped her.
